Windows 7 support lifecycle to end on January 14, 2020

This is to inform you that Microsoft Windows 7 OS support will end on January 14, 2020. As previously announced, Microsoft made a commitment to provide 10 years of product support for Windows 7 when it was released on October 22, 2009. When this 10-year period ends, Microsoft would discontinue Windows 7 support to focus on supporting newer technologies and new experiences. After the discontinuation, technical assistance, software and security updates from Windows Update that help protect your PC and data will no longer be available for Windows 7. In addition, Microsoft customer service will no longer be available to provide Windows 7 technical support. Related services for Windows 7 will also be discontinued over time.

In view of the above, we would strongly recommend our clients who are using our applications and services on Windows 7 operating system to migrate to original Microsoft Windows 10 operating system based PCs at the earliest. This will ensure that your PCs and our applications are properly updated with the latest security updates, stay secure and keep enjoying the support services further.

We hope you undertand that without proper updates and support from Microsoft the operating systems are bound to become insecure, vulnerable, problematic, outdated and obsolete in due time. Thus, extending support or bug fixing on our applications and services installed on such OS would not be fruitful and we would not be able to ensure the integrity and seamless experience of our applications/services on Windows 7 based PCs henceforth.
