Updates on Linux Server Issue on 19th Nov 2016 [Host IP: 184.154.134.202]

Dear Clients,

This is for your information that our Linux HostMachine by the name of Virtualizor was down today morning due to some issue on the server and as a result all the associated VM's were down as well.

The server is back online now and is being monitored.

The RAID in this server had failed, however, our techs were able to recover it. The RAID is currently rebuilding on the server. This will reduce performance, but it is needed to preserve your data. We will continue to monitor the rebuild process. When it is finished, we will start replacing the drives currently in the server as some of drives showing signs of failure.

We will keep you informed of our progress.
