Bison Server Restoration [Updated]

Dear Sir/Madam,

Server: Bison.dnsracks.com (Linux)
Maintenance Date: April 12, 2011
Service Effected: Web + Mail + MySQL
Maintenance Time: 11:30 PM to 05:00 AM (April 13, 2011)

We are facing problem in RPM packages on Bison Server hence today's night we have scheduled this server restoration. This process would take 5 - 6 Hours of Server downtime. During this period Web, Mail and MySQL Services will be down for all the users who have hosting on this server.

We do regret any inconvenience this may caused and during the restoration process your patience in this matter is highly appreciated.

Dear Clients,

Yesterday Night we faced some technical issue when creating the backup image of Bison server hence the task could not be completed. We have reschedule the restoration process for today. The details are as follows:

Service Effected: Web + Mail + MySQL
Maintenance Time: 11:30 PM to 05:00 AM (April 14, 2011)

As mentioned earlier our server support team will again try to fix the RPM packages in the aforesaid time. We do regret any inconvenience this may cause and during the restoration process your patience in this matter is highly appreciated.
