Set up mail forwarding
To set up a forward in Enterprise Mail:
1. Login to the web interface log in as a User with your username and password
2. Click on Settings
3. Click My Settings
4. Click on the Forwarding tab
5. Enter the address you want mail forwarded to
6. Select the Forwarding exclusion
1. No restriction – forward all email
2. Do not forward Spam Low and above
3. Do not forward Spam Medium and above
4. Do not forward Spam High and above
7. Then, click Save
If you only want to forward a specific email:
1. Log into the web interface
2. Click on the Inbox and then select a message
3. Click the Forward button
4. Enter the email address that this email will be forwarded to
5. Click Send
