This is to inform you that the Mail server for the hosting accounts at the Windows server will be unavailable for an EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE at the data center's IP networks. Given below are the details of the event.
The issue that will be attended during this period:
Our data center Engineers have identified a hardware issue in an aggregate switch which provides connectivity for our server. To prevent an unplanned outage resulting in significant downtime, the Engineers will be replacing the upstream front end aggregate switch during a scheduled maintenance window. During this maintenance, customer servers will not be reachable on the public network. While the maintenance window is set for 1 hour, we expect no longer than 15-20 minutes of downtime.
