COVID-19 Lockdown : Office Schedule Consideration

Dear Clients,

This is to state that due to the ongoing unprecedented circumstances caused by the pandemic COVID-19 outbreak throughout the world, our region is also experiencing regular issues. Due to the spikes in the reported cases, the administration is enforcing lockdown in certain areas at regular intervals and random areas are declared containment zone every alternate day. Thus, our office schedule is also getting affected as the team members are being restricted to reach the office or are forced to work from home. Maintaining the regular work responsibilities from office for them in such situations is getting tough and this makes us very concerned about the time bound services that may get hampered.

In this situation as you may understand, we expect your kind cooperation in case we fail to meet any previously commited date for the next few months. However we assure our full commitment towards serving you in a timely manner with the same dedication and commitment as earlier. We also expect you to consider that work from home is not that effective to serve you the best but our team is always happy to assist you.
