As per the details provided, we had migrated your accounts on February 18, 2007 at 10.30 AM IST (GMT 5.30 +) and the process got completed by 12.30 PM.
Now what would this migration mean to you :

If you want the data/mails of the previous server then you have two options :
1) They can fetch the data from the old server using the illustrations given in the following video tutorial : http://dnsracks.com/smartermail/6.htm
2) They can continue checking their old mails at http://oldmails.viper.dnsracks.com and download it directly from there.
3) If they wish to migrate their addressbooks then they can do it easily by following the tutorial given at http://dnsracks.com/smartermail/1.htm
4) If you wish to download your mails directly to your outlook from the old server simply give the IP address " 72.18.135.177 " without quotes instead of mail.domain.com in the incoming mail server settings of your outlook and all mails from the old server would be downloaded to your outlook.
