It has been noticed that many of our clients are still using the operating systems which are now obsolete and are no longer supported by their parent company. For example, Microsoft has closed all updates and support for the Windows XP and Vista. Windows 7, 8 & 8.1 have been taken off the shelf last year and the support closing date has been declared by Microsoft. Even Google has closed the support of such OS for its browser Chrome and its extension.
Such PCs and software are becoming vulnerable and are experiencing multiple issues with each passing day. We have already received reports that Outlook Express and MS Outlook on Windows XP are no longer authenticating and working as earlier with the email accounts hosted on our servers.
During the last few years the servers, operating systems, software platforms, browsers etc. have undergone major changes with respect to security, interface, performance, support, user experience, personalization etc. Due to the regular upgrades and updates on the newer versions, the support for the old systems, protocols and methods are no longer extended/supported by their respective providers. Hence, we are also unable to extend any further support to such obsolete and unsupported PCs and operating systems.
We would request you to please review your PCs and please upgrade to the latest operating systems and software for the best experience. Kindly opt for Original Operating Systems and Software only for the best experience and keep them updated at all times to avoid any issues.
