Dear Clients,
We are experiencing some mailing issues with one of ours Linux server (lion.dnsracks.com). Hence, it has been decided to migrate the websites & services hosted on the server to a new Linux Server. During the migration, the websites under migration shall be unavailable till the time this process is complete.
Migration Date: Aug 17, 2016 from 10:00pm onwards (IST)
Expected Downtime: 4 to 6 hours
Scope of Work: All users accounts/files/mailboxes/databases and package information would be copied to the new server during this process.
We would like to assure you that we shall try our best to keep the downtime as short as possible. You shall be updated once the migration process is complete to check further and confirm.
