This is to inform you that the Government of India has declared to impose a Swachh Bharat Cess on services from 15th November 2015. The cess will be levied at the rate of 0.5% as per the statement released by the finance ministry. The proceeds from the new cess will be used exclusively for the Swachh Bharat initiative.

Hence, any services billed from the above mentioned date shall be subject to the revised Tax rates accordingly.
