The following advisory is being sent to inform you of an upcoming maintenance on the our DC network.
Impact: outage is expected almost 4 - 6 hours . The Web Service will not work between this period.
We wanted to take a moment to share some very exciting news about your service and what we are doing to make it better.
We have recently opened a new, state of the art data center. The new facility offers significant upgrades including:
# New network topology
# Increased network capacity and throughput
# Significantly increased redundancy at all levels
# Enhanced security both physical and network
# State of the art, on-site Network Operations Center
# Network-wide DDoS Attack mitigation services
In order to take advantage of these benefits, we will be moving our Server to the new facility.
During this time frame, our Server will need to be taken offline for up to (4-6) hours. We have conducted substantial planning and preparation to keep this downtime to a minimum and will do anything in our power to minimize migration time.
