Polarbear server experiencing issues, web services offline [Updated]

Dear Clients,

This is to inform you that the Polarbear server is experiencing some critical issues and hence the websites and services hosted on the server are currently offline. The data centre team is looking into the issue and hopefully the issue shall be resolved in next few hours.
