Migrating/upgrading of RightMX Mail Servers

Dear Clients,

We are glad to announce that in order to provide you better performance & more stable servers, we would be Migrating/upgrading our RightMX mail servers HDDs from SATA to SAS Drives and RightMX version from Version 9 to RightMX Version 10 which means now the RightMX webmail speed will also get upgraded by a great extent and when opening the RightMX webmail, you will feel that mail server is at your local LAN/Network.

Servers Impacted: RightMX.dnsracks.net

Migration Date : Saturday 16 March 2013

Maintenance Impact: The Migration would start in the Evening at 05.00 PM GMT 5.30 + (IST) and would be completed by 06.00 PM. Provisions have been made so that not a single mail will get bounced in this period but you will not be able to access Webmail or Outlook to check the mails.

Please Note:

1. After the migration if you face any issue when logging in webmail then please use url https://enterprisemail.in instead of http://mail.example.com to login in webmail.
2. After migration if you face any issue in Outlook when sending and receiving mails then please use enterprisemail.in in Outlook incoming and outgoing mail server settings.
