It has come to our notice that for the past 4-5 days the Linux Server is experiencing excessive processing load during a particular time of the day mostly between 2 pm to 4.30 pm IST which is hampering the performance of the server, rendering it non-responsive and slow. The sites and mails are appearing to be responding very slowly and become unavailable for some time. Our technical team is looking into the matter and trying to find out the actual cause of this behavior which may include any particular client website or scripts run on the server. We shall be taking firm steps to resolve this issue as soon as the cause is detected to keep the performance of the server as earlier.
