TechnoDG Linux Server Migration : Downtime Notice for 5th December 2016 [Updated]

Dear Clients, 

We are experiencing some issues with the Primary Hard Disk (HDD) and the RAID drives of our Linux server (technodg.technodg.com). Hence, it has been decided to migrate the websites & services hosted on the server to a new Linux Server immediately. During the migration, the websites under migration shall be unavailable till the time this process is complete. 

Migration Date: Dec 05, 2016 from 10:00pm onwards (IST)

Expected Downtime: 6 to 8 hours

Scope of Work: All users accounts/files/mailboxes/databases and package information would be copied to the new server during this process. 

We would like to assure you that we shall try our best to keep the downtime as short as possible. You shall be updated once the migration process is complete to check further and confirm.

Dear Clients,

This is to inform you that due to some technical issues the migration could not be processed yesterday as scheduled.

We are working on the same and shall try to migrate the website again today evening. We shall update you accordingly.
